Long time no see my lesbrethren. I can seriously not handle my shit these days. I don't know what's wrong with me. My therapist says it's called a "quarter-life crisis" or some bullshit. At first I didn't buy it, but now I'm starting to believe her. Things have calmed down since I came back to the States, although I did go through a bit of reverse culture shock. I'm still trying to cope. Americans really have no rules! No manners! No expectations! It is so... dare I say it... refreshing. But they are really damned rude.
I went to a queer burlesque show last night. It was truly amazing - so many beautiful people of all shapes and sizes and queer identities - all of them bearing it all (literally). It was so liberating and beautiful to watch. Stripping is so much fun, no matter how you look or how you do it - everyone loves to see naked people.
Last weekend was a bitchin' time ya'll. Lesbians, lesbians, lesbians! It's amazing how much they make me feel at ease, at home.

The Kansaibian is back in the USA Ya'll
So it's a long and complicated story to tell, but I'm back in the States for a while. Look for more updates from me soon - I have much to say.

Bad Advice time! 悪いアドバイスの時間！

I know you must be angry with me. I haven't posted on this blog in like... ages. I get it, I'm a bad blogger. I'm working on it.
But look! I brought you a kitten!

怒っているでしょう？長い間で全然アップしてないですね。ほんまにブログ下手だよ！もっとがんばらないとね。。。

In the meantime, I found something to post about! Someone has actually written the Kansai Lesbian asking for advice, ya'll. Can you believe it?! Someone asked me for advice! It's an early Christmas miracle.
。。。でも、話したい事がありますよ。誰かあたしにメールしてくれました！アドバイスがほしいって。マジでびっくりしたよ。すごく早いクリスマスミラクルだ！！
Anyways, so this lesbian-who-shall-remain-unnamed asked me the following question (I paraphrase) :
んじゃ〜、誰かの外国のビアンの質問は：
"How the hell's a foreign lesbian in Japan supposed to get her party on? I live in bum-fuck nowhere."
一般的、どうやって外国人のビアンは楽しめますか？どうやって会うことが出来ますか？今、いなかの場所に住んでいます。
I totally sympathize. This is a difficult situation, no matter what country you live in - but it is all the more magnified here in Japan. So here is my e-mail to said inquirer, in its entirety:
本当に気持ちがわかりますわ。このシチュエションはどこでも難しいですが、外国人のビアンとして日本が分かりにくいだ。だから、返事は：
